Welcome to Resuscitation Australia

Resuscitation Australia accredits hospitals, health service organisations, and training providers to deliver its Advanced Life Support courses to AHPRA-registered health practitioners. 

Our mission is to advance high-quality, evidence-based resuscitation education that supports safe, effective emergency care for patients nationwide, in accordance with ANZCOR recommendations. 

To this end, we develop mixed-mode Advanced Life Support (ALS) courses and directly facilitate an Instructor Accreditation Program (IAP).

Our Belief

We believe that all health professionals need a solid foundational understanding of the algorithmic approach to emergency, life-threatening, and trauma presentations. This includes identifying and utilising appropriate resuscitation resources to effectively respond to these situations.
