Complete and submit this Accreditation Application form.
You will be invited to attend a Course Centre Accreditation Interview where you will receive all relevant Resuscitation Australia policies and process documents.
On successful completion of this process, your course centre will be RA accredited and eligible to work with Resuscitation Australia accredited instructors and host Resuscitation Australia accredited ALS courses.
