The instructors were open and made an environment conducive to my learning. I didn't feel scared or worried about my knowledge or intimidated doing scenarios. I felt calm and this allowed me effective learning and retention of the course content.

Relaxed setting which decreased nerves... very supportive, reassuring and always ensured understanding. There was adequate time for practice of all skills and for assessments. Coaching was tailored to each student and great assistance in learning - instructors willing to entertain all questions and very very knowledgeable - able to tailor overall scenarios to our clinical context. It was great to have time to digest pre-learning before face to face.

I was surprised that I was able to navigate the eLearning so easily as I am not very literate in these online. The Course content was excellent ...that exceeded my expectations. I was able to have an excellent update on main topics and the module road map was excellent concept

I have done a few different ALS courses with other service providers but I found that this one delved into the topic more thoroughly and logically. I learnt many things not covered in other courses. I feel more confident after this course.
