Are you a healthcare professional looking to further your Advanced Life Support (ALS) expertise? The Resuscitation Australia Instructor Accreditation Program (IAP) is designed for those ready to lead, educate, and inspire in the field of resuscitation education.
The IAP is comprised of a two-day intensive course plus two ALS Instructor Candidate placements, empowering you with the skills to train and assess Resuscitation Australia ALS candidates effectively.
What You Will Learn
- Master RA’s cutting-edge teaching methodology tailored for adult learners
- Understand cognitive load theory and how it impacts memory retention in resuscitation training
- Develop effective assessment strategies and deliver supportive feedback in hands-on, skills-based ALS courses
- Receive continuous assessment and guidance from experienced faculty to refine your approach to coaching and instruction
Pre-requisite to enrol in the IAP
